So I've finally got this up and running. Thank you to all members who helped.
Now I've got another problem. It's stopped working properly since I deleted and reinstalled the doorbell camera on the hik connect app.
When the bell rings, the app does not launch giving me the option to answer and speak to the person.
Any ideas? I've checked and notifications are on, firmware is up to date. Tried resetting device but no joy.
