Bought 5 x Hikvision DS-2CD2035-i cameras and all work except one which boots up fine and I"m able to access the configuration page and make changes but it will not display any video in Blueiris like the other 4. I'm thinking I got a dud, but have run out of troubleshooting ideas, so thought I would post for help.

Here is what BlueIris displays when I try to add the camera:
Opening port 80...

HTTP Get / request...

OK

ONVIF GetSystemDateAndTime

Has RTP_RTSP_TCP, requesting profiles

I could never get the plugin to work on any of them inside the browser, but the others came right up in BI, but not this one. The camera is set for H.264 inside the config.

Thanks.

K. just tried with IE and no video displaying. I did get the plugin to work so it just showed a gray screen.

Thanks. Is that just pushing in the reset on the back? I did try that and also tried restoring to factory.

And video works on the other cameras in Internet Explorer?

If they do and this 1 camera doesn't, and you've tried the reset to defaults web page button, then I wonder if the cable that connects the lens PCB to the main PCB has come loose during shipping.

It's something you could check if you were so minded before sending it back.
