Hello, I have bought the above mentioned models, and I am trying to power them on, but I am not sure how to do so as it doesn't say in the user manual, it just says to "power on" camera, and does not say how, unless just plugging an Ethernet cable powers it on? If that's the case, I already tried plugging it into a laptop and router through Ethernet, but I cant see it when accessing the default IP address (192.168.1.64) and SADP is not finding anything.

Never mind, turns out im dumb. I was powering the Ethernet cable through my laptop, turns out it needs 48V which my laptop obviously does not supply. fixed the issue by connecting 12V power to the other port.

Most folks power them using the network cable plugged into a PoE switch. Then you won’t have to run a separate power cable to each camera in addition to the network cable.

The cameras probably come from the factory with the same IP address, so be sure to change that on one camera before plugging in the other one!
