Hello houston. I got a problem, my nvr is down. No buzzer, no monitor exit, just one red led is lighting on the board. What can i do? Can i fix it? I had tried TFTPD but result is fail. It can not find the nvr's ip.

What can i do?
Check the power supply voltages internally, see if they look normal.
Disconnect the HDD and see if that makes a difference.
Disconnect cameras from the PioE ports and see if that changes anything.
It can not find the nvr's ip.
Does the router/switch port the NVR is connected to show a link detect light?
Connect to the serial console and check the activity.

Where's the serial com port?
On many Hikvision NVRs it's a 4-pin white connnector (JST ZH 1.5mm) on the main board, providing serial TTL level signals.
On the higher-end models, the serial console can be on a DB9 RS232 interface on the back panel.

Which one?
JP8 looks like the right type of connector - though it's usually closer to the SoC (the main processor) away from the edge.
Whatever you do - don't connect an RS232 interface to a serial TTL connector. Very different signal levels.
