Hikvision DS-7716NI-SP/16 want to use webviewer in Linux (Firefox or Chrome)

Hi All,

Did some searching on this and there is not a whole lot of info available. Want to be able to use the webview on the 2 linux boxes in my home and wondering what if any options there are to do this.

I saw a couple posts about a Firefox plugin but they are all old. What about with the latest US Firmware 3.3.6?

I connect directly to my camera web UI substream with Linux FF running VLC web plugin (v2.2.2 Oct 2015).
FF is displaying the output of only 1 camera. Open more tabs to see more cameras.
I don't find this useful and rarely use it. It's a whole lot easier to go to the room that has the NVR and look at the screen.
