Hello, two days ago my DVR DS-7104HGHI-F with the last version installed (the one with hik-connect) stopped sending movement push notifications to my devices in all the 4 channels, all this happened suddenly, both on hik-connect app and IVMS-4500, I don't receive any movement detection push notification but I do receive a notification when I disconnect any of my cameras, so push notifications are somehow working, but not in the way that I want to.
All my 4 cameras are configured as always to send the notifications and alarms still activated on all my devices too, what can I do to solve this problem? I'm the only one? I already restored default settings on my DVR and reconfigured again and the problem persist, the device is port forwarded in the router via a DMZ, as always.
I'm upset about this, it happened without any explanation! I really need this push notifications to work. I appreciate any help that you guys can give me, thanks.
