Hikvision ip camera ds-2cd2020f-i chinese firmware

Does anybody has 5.4.0 chinese firmware for this ip camera ds-2cd2020f-i because I upgrade it to 5.4.3 and now it doesnt work it restarts all the time!!!thank you.
The camera was non upgradable!!!

The camera is rejecting the firmware, it's a mismatch for the model.

Which of the 4 choices did you try?

Hi guys! I have the same camera. Few days ago I connected it to iVMS-4200. All been fine but iVMS tell me that camera can bу update. I say ok. It was my mistake. I lost camera and it doesn't answere foк ping. Last I saw was firmware ver. 5.4.0
ds-2cd2020f-i is R2
I connected to the camera UART adapter, run putty.
First try was install IPC_R2_EN_STD_5.4.0_160401. Log is:

Looks like firmware too big version but previous Chinese versions are nowhere to be found.

Found IPC_R2_CN_STD_5.4.2_160608. Unsuccessfully, still too much error.

Even under normal operation, the serial console contains many entries that are tagged 'Error', that is normal, and can be confusing.

Does the camera operate correctly if you forget about what you see in the serial console?

At SAPD tool now I can see the camera but it is all in chinese language!! If I downgrade the firmware with this IPC_R2_EN_STD_5.4.0_160401 I will get the english language?

I do not believe so.
It sounds like this was a CN language camera that had 'hacked to EN' firmware installed.

To convert to English I believe you would need to have some modified firmware, which is probably what the original seller used.
You can configure the camera in English with the Batch Configuration Tool here : Tools - Download - Hikvision

For hacked firmware for an R2 camera - sorry, no, I have no experience with that model series.
