Hi All, recently installed cctv system for multi-store market and everythings work fine with HIKVISION DS-7204HQHI-K2 DVR.
Then my client requested to link all cctv system together and plan to watch live view in HQ office.
Done configured using Hikconnect ( was using dyndns but worst) and figured out IVMS-4200 keep having some network related error code and cant be fixed until now.
Have tried ivms-4200, IVMS 4200 lite and set the image substream setting to lowest bitrate 32kbps but still can't fix.
Anyone here have experience about HIKVISION remote live view using HIK Connect Cloud?
Or is there any third party VMS and cloud can run remote live view better?
Btw, dahua PPS and another VMS ( Video Monitor Platform CMS3 ) run better in HQ without any problem or keep disconnect.
