Hello guys,
I having some difficulty understating how to configure line crossing within in a IP 2.0 4MP camera.
Below is the view I want to monitor at one entrance.
As you can see the path is between a wall and a column. I have drawn a line as shown and selected A to B as the detection direction, but I also noticed there is a MAX and MIN areas to be defined.
Long story short I am unable to get it to work without understanding all the parameters. Can someone give me some insight please?
I am also using a Synology NRV and the detection is set to "by camera"
