Had sub stream working no dramas on H264 then selected H265 to see what the bandwidth difference was on hikconnect and then sub stream just dissapeared! Changed back to H264 and now on the drop down tab in image settings there is no sub stream option!
Been search around the net for a solution but cant find a thing! Ive pressed the rerset button on the cams and also down a factory reset on the NVR and still no sub stream! bizarre!
