Hikvision NVR DS-7604NI-E1 can't reset to default or update firmware

Hello guys , this is my first post here , so take me easy xD

I have a problem with my old nvr Hikvision DS-7604NI-E1 , i simply can't update firmware or reset to factory settings . after restart , it keeps my old configuration , including login password , ip , cameras etc . When i try to update firmare to the last one , it sais ' firmware complete ' and after restart i can see that is keeping old firmware . Do you have any idea what can i do in this case? i tried everything except battery change .

My current firmware is V3.4.92 , Build 170228

Are there any entries in the system log that might help?

i tried everything except battery change .

To the best of my knowledge that's only used to keep the real-time clock going when the NVR is powered off.

What method are you using to do this? eg Web GUI, VGA/HDMI interface

Hello , there is nothing in system log

I tried on both Web GUI and HDMI interface , nothing happens , it keeps my old configuration or old firmware .
