Absolutely, it’s actually very simple. Hik-Vision’s P2P (Peer-to-Peer) platform is called “Hik-Connect”. The web address is Simply http://www.hik-connect.com

Simply create a free account on their site. Confirm the login via the email you receive. Then login the Hik-Connect site. Got to Add Device, then simply enter your 8/9 digit serial # off the bottom of the unit, typically. This can also be found under the Management section of the NVR or Camera’s Internal Device Page. Look for the Tab Called “Platform”. Next you will need the Device Verification code, typically locates on the same sticker as the serial number. Usually 6-8 letters and numbers. You will need the Device Verification code for setting it on Hik-Connect the first time. The verification code can also be found under the platform tab and is masked with ******* (Simply click the little gray eye to reveal the Verification code). If your device is a OEM / Alternative Branded Hik Device, with no Verification code to be found. Try “ABCDEF” for Verification code. Typically that’s the default one. Once you have set that up, download the Hik-Connect App for Mobile as its much easier. Additionally, you can the. Use you Hik-Connect Creditails you set up to view your Device Remotely or at home using iVMS 4200, if you’d like or you can click the IP Address within the Hik-Connect Site and often times connect if you have ports forwarded, which I don’t recommend and isn’t need med when using Hik-Connect app and iVMS4200 if signed into to a Hik Connect Account. .... Hope that helps! Merry Christmas!!! :)
that entire post and you didnt address the actual question the OP had.
