Hikvision Password Keeps Changing

I am having an issue were my turret Hikvision camera password keeps changing, it not a factory reset because it still using the static IP i have setup and other settings.

I have a feeling someone has found my camera and keeps resetting it using the backdoor, with that said it is NOT open to the internet as there is no port forwarding on my home network at all.

I am curious what I can do to fix this issue? Is there a firmware I can use to update? The camera was from a store on Aliexpress so I have a feeling it is not a US Hikvision.

Why do you believe it does not have internet access?

Have you turned off UPnP in the camera and in your router?

The answer will be 'yes'.
But that depends on the (unspecified) camera and it's (unspecified) firmware version.

WOW, crazy the amount of stuff that was enabled on the camera, I have disabled it all uPNP, Port Forwarding and the Cloud Service.. I don't have uPNP enabled on my router
