Hikvision remote viewing freezing

PLEASE Help!!! Looked everywhere but can't see anyone with same problem...

Hikvision NVR with 3 x PTZs, Huweai router with EE sim, 30down 20up
locally everything is fine......
When I view the cameras via Hik-Connect in HD the picture locks/Freezes but only if connected to someone's WiFi., if I view in HD when connected on 4g it works fine???
All devices have latest firmware.... SD the picture is awful....
Any suggestions?

Sorry. I use iVMS-4500 for mobile viewing on phone and 4200 on pc.

Ivms 4500 app doesn't give me the option to move ptz only zoom in & out?

Actually it does look like I can move my ptz cams within the iVMS-4500 app. You just have to open the camera in single view and then hit the joystick icon this brings up different options along the bottom of the frame.

I've heard bad things about Hik-Connect freezing when trying to steam the Main stream rather than the sub stream.

Do you know if there's a way of setting. The speed of the PTZ on the app?

I honestly couldn't tell you. I don't mess with the PTZ function within the app.

I have the app on my android, select the ptz control, "more", then the 3 bars with dots in them, is the "ptz speed control".

Looks like @Franco25 is using iPhone and @messypotamia is on android.

@Franco25, are you logged into iVMS as administrator? Were you able to control the PTZ on the other app ?
