Hikvision vs IPCT vs Nelly’s

I have a bunch of Hikvision cameras and would like more, but I’m displeased with their regional pricing and am evaluating related options. Has anyone here bought cameras from IPCT or Nelly’s? If so, how do they compare to Hikvision? Pros/cons? How are firmware updates handled and how’s the frequency? For example, if Hikvision releases an update on January 1, how many days after do the other vendors tend to release?

I never update firmware on my cameras. They work just fine. "if it ain't broke" thats just the way i see it.

I hear you and I know a lot of people feel this way. To my way of thinking, the hardware is just one part of the device and I routinely review the release notes of new firmware to see what might have changed and how it might apply to my situation.
