Welcome. I have a hikvision IP 2142fwd camera for half a year. Correctly configured with a well-functioning online preview via the hik connect account. Some time ago online preview stopped working. I took the camera from the work place where it was connected to the house from the beginning and I plug in another router and an online preview. What could have happened that in. The place of my work by hooking the plow and play rj45 device and the 12v power supply to the router at work, it does not work in the view, i.e. online. In any other place like i'm hooking it works. I note that only I have access to the router and I have not blocked any ports. Why does not the camera send a signal to the cloud?
