The models in "Cameras Outdoor" and "Cameras Indoor" links in the second post are good, IMO. They're Dahua Starlight models, where are highly recommended because their image quality in low-light is about the best you can get for the price. Dahua makes Starlights in a bunch of different form-factors. Poke around in the Dahua sub-forum here and you should see threads with "REVIEW" in their name that have a lot of good info.
