How do you make the email notifications for the fourm

How do you make the email notifications for the fourm show you the new posting? The emails are blank and I must go to the forum to read the thread?

Most forums have a snapshot of the new post to read in your email

On another point - are the email-notifications-with-no-body-text going to be permanent?
Presumably a load-reduction change for this growing-like-topsy amazingly vigorous forum,

There aren't any plans to change that
