How to enable motion detection recording on Dahua camera?

I'm having some trouble getting motion detection recording working on my Dahua IPC-HFW7442H-Z. It keeps recording video 24/7, regardless of motion, which fills up the SD card.

Here are my settings, doesn't this look like it should record only motion?

Anything I'm missing? Thanks for any help.
