How to export video

I have the latest X Protect Go.

I can't figure out how to export video. I'm using the Smart Client, Playback Tab, upper right corner says export, clicking that brings up a box where I choose the camera and the time frame of the video I want, also I can choose the export destination. Under that it says Choose the export format: well there's nothing there to choose.
Clicking Start Export just to see what happens brings up a box that says: your export did not start because you did not select an export format. Select an export format and try again.

Go to the SmartClient and there should be an export button at the top right of the screen. You select a time range and you can export to whatever location you want.
