How to get DS-7716NI-SP on Ezviz?

Hi

I got a DS-7716NI-SP NVR that I would love to have visible on Ezviz.
Problem is that the DS-7716NI-SP does not have the Ezviz check box option in the settings.
Is there are workaround to get it to register at Ezviz?

All help will be appreciated

It shows up when I search on Ezviz, but I get this message when trying to add it:
"Device is not connected to the service. Please check the Network."

I had all my cameras on Ezviz before I got a NVR.
It let me see how everything was doing at home, when I was away on vacation/buisness.
I would like to still have this feature, now that they are connected to a NVR.

If there are other easy/free alternatives to Ezviz that lets me do the same, im all ears.

You dont need ezviz for remote viewing...all you need to do is either.
1) setup a vpn
2) port forward the media port and the rtsp port on the NVR and you will be able to see everything remotely.
You will need to setup dynamic dns.
