How to Remove camera from the ceiling

We have
Dahua IP Camera IPC-HDW4200C

it's not working anymore. So we want to remove it.
But we have tried to remove it & it's glued to the ceiling.

We cannot access any screws that are used to install it.
Everything is under the hood we cannot access it.

Has anyone done it before ?

It should come loose from the base if twisted but sometimes they can be very hard to turn. Is the ceiling drywall (sheetrock)? It might tear the ceiling if it is soft, if it is wood or something hard you might be ok.

I don't have a Dahua turret that old, but I think all the newer ones have a button of some kind along the edge of the base which can be pushed in to release the camera from the mounting plate.
