Hi,
I have a Hikvision DS-2CD2155FWD-I. I want to use the http sub stream 640*480 for an appliaction. But no matter what address I use I only get the main stream. Anyone know why this is? Anyone that can verify on your own? I use FW 5.5.80. RTSP address seems to work but that is not supported for verification in my alarm so I need http.

I have tested with the following addresses:
http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/Streaming/channels/1/picture?
http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/Streaming/channels/101/picture?
http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/Streaming/channels/102/picture?
http://xxx.xxx.x.xxx/Streaming/channels/103/picture? (and all way up to 199)

They all give me main stream!

From the HIK_IPMD_V2.0 :
Inbound Data None
Success Return Picture over HTTP
Notes:
All devices must support <snapShotImageType> of “JPEG”.
Only support the main stream channel snapshot.
To determine the format of the picture returned, either the parameters in <Video> or the
query string values are used, or, if the Accept: header field is present in the request and
the server supports it, the picture is returned in that format.
For supported values, query /Streaming/channels/ID/picture/capabilities.
Examples:
GET /Streaming/channels/1/picture?snapShotImageType=JPEG
...
GET /Streaming/channels/1/picture
Accept: image/jpeg

Okay.. so if I understand the information correct it simply is not possible to do get sub stream snapshot in http format? That is strange because almost all places I have read people says use 101 or 102 and but them in examples like rstp and http address.

I would like to get MPEG 640*480. Is it no way to do that from this camera?
