In simple view, on the local box or from another box on LAN (via web port 81).
I experience a 1min+lag

If I open the same cams on the BI box, I get almost no lag.

I have a Qsee NVR connected to the same network switch as the BI box, almost no lag

speedtest.net on the bi box shows 188kbps down and 880kbps up

BI shows CPU 45-50 % Ram 4GB
Box has 16gb ram

BI shows totals for bandwidth 312 MP/s

Box connected via gigabit ethernet.

Cams are Qsee 4mp

If i disable all cams and enable them back one at a time, at first no lag but after 5 min, lag is there again

Internet comes into a Asus RT-AC88U
Goes to a linksys gigabit switch. ---------BI connected here. Also a Qsee NVR connects here
one port goes to a poe 10/100 switch ...... cams connect here.

Qsee NVR has no issues.

Opening one cam in IE while BI is running on the same box. No issues with that one cam.

For clarification are you pulling the feed for Blue Iris from the NVR or the cameras?

Opps. I didn't explain something well.

Poe switch -----gig------BI
|
Nvr

Cams are connected to the Poe 10/100
Bi connected to gig
Nvr to gig

Bi does not depend on nvr for anything at all

for testing, disconnect the nvr and see if it changes anything...
ensure that blue iris program and storage folders are excluded from antivirus.
