HW VA not compatible

hello

i have two identical Hikvision cameras and i think they're both set up exactly the same and connected to the same PC with an i3-2125 processor - which i've checked does have the quick sync video capability.

only one of the two cameras is giving me a warning "HW VA not compatible: -1543600217"

does anyone know why this might be?

I have this issue as well. I have an older i5 CPU that I verified it is QuickSync compatible.

• 5 x Hikvision 3MP cameras
• i5-3470 CPU
• 16GB RAM

System is running at 22% CPU utilization



Does anyone know why this warning is showing up?
