Has anyone here who runs surveillance cameras actually been broken into? What was the outcome? Did they get your footage? What lessons did you learn? I didn't run cams until after I got broken into, been running cams for probably a month solid now and it's been pretty un-eventful, I'm kind of surprised since I know a lot of people come back and try to get you again. Not sure if my cameras have made a difference or not but I would assume so.

Never been broken into but my wife's car has been vandalised. Unfortunately I've made some people upset in my life and like to have every advantage possible. Plus it's fun.
