I cant get ivms to work?

I have my ports forwarded and verified. Hik-connect says in status online. When I refresh the ivms on my phone I get nothing. I cant figure out what Im missing

I got it working on the hik-connect app

in register type have you got hik-connect domain ticked and not the other three hiddns/ip/domain/ip server thats on your phone under edit device
