Hi,
My store has 15 cameras (hike vision) connected to a hike vision NVR through ethernet cable
When I try to playback cameras, If I select more than 3 cameras, my CPU usage will become 100%
(NVR Model: DS-7716NI-E4)
NVR Information: Hangzhou Hikvision Digital Technology Co. Ltd.
firmware: v3.4.2build 160205
Our connection to NVR is through ethernet cable: Belden data cat 6
The client I'm using is:
iVMS-4200
version: v1.02.03.02
Here's the problem: When I try to playback cameras, If I select more than 3 cameras, my CPU usage will become 100%
Every camera I choose uses around 20% of CPU, which is not normal,
The device I use to view cameras:
iMac (27-inch, Mid 2011)
Processor: 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5
Memory: 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3
HDD: 256 GB Samsung 850 PRO SSD
I also tried this on a windows PC:
HDD: SSD
CPU: 4770K CPU
RAM: 16GB Ram
But I faced the same problem, I was thinking about buying a better NVR, For example one of Samsung NVR's, But before that I wanted to give it a shot, Maybe there's a solution...
Any help is much appreciated,
Thanks,
