I can't update any of my cameras

As the topic title mentions, I've been unable to update any of my cameras or NVR, all I'll get is a

Transmitting files..., please don't leave this page or close the browser...

With nothing moving. At first I didn't mind since it was just 1 camera I couldn't update but then I tried the NVR and couldn't get that to update, now I got another camera I plan to put up and I can't even get that one to update, its been almost a year and several versions later, I still can't get them to update.

My NVR is a NVR4208-8P-4KS2 and my cameras are a IPC-HDW5231R-ZE and a IPC-T5241H-AS-PV. I've tried connecting to the NVR's port, I've tried wireless, I've tried different browsers and still nothing. Its like I'm being blocked, so I tried turning off my anti virus software and still nothing.

The firmwares I tried updating them to are:
NVR4208-8P-4KS2 going to DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.3.R.200519
IPC-HDW5231R-ZE going to DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000015.0.R.200430
IPC-T5241H-AS-PV going to General_IPC-HX5XXX-Volt_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_V2.800.0000000.11.R.191230

Crap, I typed the wrong versions of the NVR and the IPC-HDW5231R-ZE camera update files. DH_NVR4XXX-4KS2_MultiLang_V4.001.0000000.3.R.200519 for the NVR is the current one and somehow this one works so the NVR is updated, its just the cameras that don't seem to be taking the update.

How exactly are you attempting to update the cams? Thats not clear.

Messed up my first post, sorry. But at first I tried updating through the poe switch on the NVR connected to a laptop and using palemoon 32bit browser and using the NVR's page to update the cameras and got nothing. I then tried updating the cameras on the cameras webpage and still nothing. I've tried accessing the both cameras and NVR's page wirelessly through the browser and still nothing.

Where I messed up in my first post is I grabbed a recent update for my NVR thinking it was the old one I had months ago while thinking it wasn't going to take but somehow took that wirelessly through palemoon. So now I have my NVR updated but the cameras still won't update. Wondering if I'm grabbing the wrong update files.
