I suddenly lost the ability to view BI from anything other than the server and iphone

or ipads. can't access from the web, all I get is time out errors. I deleted avast. turned off windows 10 firewall. ran port forward again.
it's windows 10 64 machine, water cooled I 7, on a comcast business class modem to a nighthawk 8500, running 12 hikvision cameras.

No help here, but I do have the same issue.
I don't get the timeout errors, its just in a loop when you try to log in.
