Image format size

I have two Foscam cameras: Camera 1 has Video of 1280 X 720image format size
And Camera 2 has 640 X 480 (this camera records for hourswithout stopping).
I’ve tried to change 640 X 480 to 1280 X 720 however, when Igo back it has reset
To 640 X 480. How do I change it?

Blue iris will adjust to whatever resolution the camera is sending. Is the camera limited to 640x480? What model is it?

Yes it has a drop down box which includes 1280 X 720.

You are trying to change the resolution in blue iris. That will not work. Your camera is limited to 640x480, blue iris cannot change that. Your camera is vga...
You need to upgrade your camera...look at hikvision or dahua.
