IMOU Ranger- 2 firmware

[Amaaramaar]

I have an IMOU Ranger- 2 IP camera , while upgrading the device firmware ,it crashed and did not respond.

The Red light on the camera is ON but there is no other signs of life in it.

Can anyone help me to get the firmware file of the camera so that I can reflash it using SD card..

I have the Ranger 2c The Firmware numbers look the same. I have 2 Firmwares, the latest and a previous one.
When I try to Update the Firmware from the App, I always get a Fail. I want to try it from SD Can you please tell me the procedure to flash from SD.

since the latest update, these series cameras have been very unreliable. i would love to roll back to the previous firmware version.

I have x2 of these cameras and both now have the exact same issues

Random dropouts of the stream,
connectivity issues,
randomly reboots.
after sometime the stream stops prompting an acknowledgement to continue the stream ( really bad when using the camera to monitor a baby)

There should be a previous version of this.
