inexpensive LPR camera?

Can someone recommend some inexpensive LPR camera or just camera to capture license plate during the day? I do not need it at night. I would say 50ft from my garage to the street. If a car drive by I want to capture its license plate? any recommendation on IP POE camera out there?

thank you. but that is too much for my DIY. i would just rather spend the money to get a working inexpensive IP POE cam. I think my budget is around $150-$200 that is doable..

I know nothing about Hik, so I can't answer your NVR question.

Always best to keep the camera and the NVR from the same brand for best compatibility.

You are going to need at least 24mm at 50'. Gonna be hard to find that in a cheap camera.

Yes. That is the same camera above that you said wasn't cheap enough. I have the exact one doing LPR at 75 feet.
