Plan on junction boxes so you can keep your exterior holes small and complete wiring inside junction box. If the stone is not flat assure you seal everything up tight since water will be getting behind your camera and or junction box.

Sometimes watching shows things that are hard to catch from reading instructions and hints. "Drilling stone" or "drilling stone and stucco" etc are good starting search points.
