iOS and 10-second GIF - Not working after updated app

Anyone else have this issue? I was not having any issues on the old original app, but updated it a couple days ago and no longer can see the 10-second GIF in the notifications that i receive.

A couple of us with the same issue (No Image in IOS Push Notifications).

Email support with your findings.

What BI version are you running? I’m not seeing that issue with rich notifications on iOS.

Updated to latest BI version on both PC and iOS and seems to have resolved missing GIF previews.
