IP Cam two-way audio recommendations?

I bought the Sumpple S610, which has 2-way audio capability but does not come with speaker/mic and the manufacturer is unable to recommend one. Has anyone has similar experience and able to recommend a suitable speaker/mic combo for outdoor use with this cam?
