I have Chinese IP Camera 960P. The problem is that the camera make snapshots when video motion is activated with resolution 352x288. The camera settings in CMS software are: compresion H.264, resolution 720p, fps 25, bitrate 4096 CBR
I have 4 other cameras, similar to this, but 720p and they make pictures with resolution 704x576.
Can i fix this?
Thank you.

A 960p camera is normally capable of a resolution of 960x480 pixels, and 720p camera normally of 1280x720 pixels. So I think something is really wrong with your settings in the camera or in the CMS. Can you post some pictures of the configuration?

no no the 960 is superior to 720, it's usually 1280 x 960 instead of 1280 x 720 for 720p

I read something different, but doesn't not really matter now, I think.
What you mean exactly when you talk about snapshots. Do you mean the normal recording when somebody triggered the motion detection or we talking about getting a snapshot per mail or something else?

I mean the snapshots that the camera do automatically when motion is detected and upload it to ftp server.
