IP8M-2496EW-V2 and lost signal

I have 4 IP8M-2496EB (v1) cameras that never give me trouble. I recently purchased 2 IP8M-2496EW-V2 and they both have lost signal. When this occurs I am unable to log in via the web, but can ping both of them. To solve the problem I pull the POE from the POE switch and the camera restarted without issue. I do have both set to reboot once a week and thought about changing it to every day. Both are running the same firmware V2.800.00AC001.0.R, Build Date: 2020-09-04 as for as I know the latest from Amcrest. Does anyone have any ideas?
