I've had this cam for a while now been very satisfied with it up until now.
I only use it when leaving the house for longer periods of time.
When I plugged it back in today after not using it for a while, the PTZ does not work in BlueIris.
Works fine on the cam's interface though. Any suggestions?
...and yes, I have done a reset and re registered it in BI.

Did you use Find/Inspect when you added it to BI? If not, open it's setup page in BI and click on find/inspect to update it.

Today I setup another cam on BI. It's a Vivotek PZ8111. The PTZ function on this cam doesn't work in BI either. It used to in an earlier version -don't know which one though since I haven't used this cam for at least 12 months, and I've updated BI regularly.
so now 2 of my cams with PTZ functions won't work in BI -the PTZ function that is. The PTZ work perfectly in the cam user interface for both cams though. What's going on here? They both worked fine earlier.

I accessed the Vivotek PZ8111 in the ONVIF Device Manager and the PTZ worked
The Dahua IPC-A35, on the other hand, could not be accessed. I got the message saying
"The security token could not be authenticated or authorized"
I'm running the Dahua in wireless mode by the way. I tried wiring it too but same result
Still, none of them work in BI, PTZ function that is.

Finally got the PTZ functioning on my Vivotek and Dahua. Had to configure different PTZ protocol, which I had assumed BI did in the cam setup. That's it then. :)

BadBlake, I'm having the same issue you were. You said you chose a different protocol, which one? I have two A35s... one works and one doesn't (PTZ) which is strange. Same settings on both. The first one also didn't work initially then started working. Have removed and re-added the device to no avail.
