Does anyone have a link for this, I've tried the EU and UK portals, I have WR in my serial number, but no updates want to work. I've not found any link related to the ipc-b220 either.

No, the string at the bottom of that page, if it exists.
It indicates the model series of the firmware.

OK, so it's missing the very useful info string that's usually at the bottom of that page that helps figure for an OEM model where to get the firmware.
That's a pity.

I see what you mean, I just looked on my other cam and it's there, different model though.

in the left menu, you should see a system --> maintenance

hopefully you can see "information export" or something like that with a button and text that say "diagnose information" and/or "Download the log, system information and hardware information " click on it, download (can take a while)

it should be a text file and in there you should find what you are looking for

something like

==========chip: G3==========

or

Path: /Camera/Platform/Branches/branches_frontend_software_platform/IPC_develop_branch/ipc_baseline/baseline_G3_V5.5.160

or

search for the word baseline

or

something else

Afraid this cheap effort doesn't have any of that, I've been through it all. The logs only say what's happening,
I've just downloaded the SDK and can't get any more from that either

if you browse to your camera (login to it) and change the url to

http://xx.xx.xx.xx/System/deviceInfo

what do you see?

this one, can take a while to finish if it work, wait until it finish to load

Diagnosed data just returned this so no use either.

at this point, try to ask on another forum (use-ip co uk) or find a seller and ask which firmware it use
