So I have 8 cameras set up, all Eco-Savy 3.0 models of various MP sizes. I have one that when I setup Motion Detection it will not save the config. I have reset the camera and still will not save, sounds defective, but works in every other way. Any suggestions or do I need to warranty replace it? Has anyone dealt with Andy on warranty claims, what is the process like? Camera is only 2 weeks old and been in service less than a week.

Thanks!

Did it originally save the configuration?
Is it all configuration changes, or just a subset that will not save?
What other system, if any, eg an NVR, is managing the camera?

I thought I had a config in there, but can;t recall. It saves everything except Motion Detection info. Very odd. Going to do a hard reset on it today nd play around some more. I find the firmware in these cams a bit quirky. I have had to reboot a few when they get confused. Overall good cams, just need better firmware. I also am trying via NVR and then via direct cam web interface to see if I can come up with a pattern.

Fixed it, hard reset back to factory defaults and now everything works. Some darn quirky firmware.
