IPC-HDW5541TM-ASE - Intrusion/tripwire issues

Hey Guys,

Been reading here for advice for a while and its served me well in setting up my system to date. However I got a bit of a bargain on this camera on good old ebay.
For some reason when im setting up an IVS I usualy use tripwire as i do on all other cameras, but for some reason this camera does not detect any movement when these zones are broken by intrusion. By this i mean no smart playback at all.

Anyone come across this issue?

Reset the cam back to factory defaults, and start over fresh.
If the cam has global setup tab, be sure to set it up correctly as well.

Brilliant, I think that has sorted it as im now getting smart tags in recordings. Thank you
