Hello everyone

I am currently having a problem with my Dahua camera IPC-HFW5231E-Z5 since a few weeks she restarts alone several times during the day.
In logs I saw strange events " OFF LINE EVENTS ". I tested my POE switch he is new It works perfectly with other AXIS / HIK cameras brands ; I dont have IP conflict I have watched on my network

do you have an idea ?

It looks like your cam goes offline for 4 seconds, that is not enough time to have a full "boot cycle", that would take almost 10 seconds, I assume we can eliminate a full power-cycle. So I assume a networking issue. Can you run a "ping -t I.P.A.D.D.R.E.S.S" on a device close to the camera? Watch the outpunt: if time-outs occur, do these log messages come alongside?
Other options to check whether (or not) it is the wiring: deconnect your cam, and hook it up to another UTP cable to another port on that POE switch. Repeat the steps above (ping -t) and watch what happen.
