IPC-T2431T-AS audio recording issue?

Got 12 of IPC-T2431T-AS cams from @EMPIRETECANDY at Amazon and could not be happier for its picture quality and its affordable price. I am able to hear the sound from the mic in the live view, but the recorded dav files do not have audio. I wonder if I did not set it up right or is the audio can only be recorded in NVR software like BI? Anyone has this issue?

Here is what I setup, audio is enabled on both Main and sub stream. The camera are on 24/7 recording schedule and each camera save the recorded file on a SFTP server.

Any help would be truly appreciated.

Also try AAC format, and a higher sample rate if available. I've had issues in the past with audio not coming though on camera recorded files when using the G.xxx formats. Honestly, Dahua just needs to get with the times and scrap all those crappy formats and support only Opus @ 64kb/s + 48kHz, and PCM.

Turn off the noise filter in the camera's audio settings.
