I'm looking at using BI for documenting assembly processes in a manufacturing area, and am trying to come up with a clean way to tie what job/ activity is being done at a specific workstation with the video files so I can archive them in a catalog. Is there an easy way, or any hooks into the program to have BI receive a text string and use it as the short name for the camera?
I've considered having BI limit clip size, then try and associate clips to job based on time of day, but would prefer a cleaner solution.
