Is there a Post Trigger record like the Pre-buffer record?

The Pre-buffer record I have set to 5 seconds which works great recording the 5 seconds before the trigger. Does either BI 4 or 5 have such a thing where it'll record 5 seconds after the trigger?

Yes, its called break time. The default is 10. Its best to set it to 30-60.
