Issue accessing remotely at times

Hi guys, i am having a little issue that i am hoping someone could help with

I have a Hikvision 7616NI-I2 NVR with no POE ports and have 5 2CD2xxx cameras, I have all cameras hooked upto a HP POE switch and obviously everything being recorded on the NVR.

When i access the cameras via IVMS4200 on my mobile three camera come up straight away but 2 will always sit there searching for ages, one will usual come up after 1 minute or 2 but the last one will timeout then you refresh it , then timeout refresh it and usually it will come up eventually but sometimes not at all.

Any ideas guys PLEASE

check the substream settings.
maybe it is set to higher resolution.
try to set it on the lowest reso to make sure thats not the issue

Hi, I have just checked he settings and they are all the same, most cams come up straight away but except the 2 mentioned
