Not sure if the correct forum or not but I was experiencing FTP upload issues yesterday while BI was attempting FTP to Wunderground's FTP site. The message in my BI log was the following;
1 1/22/2021 6:55:01.739 AM Cam1 Post: FTP: 553 Can't open that file: Is a directory
I used FileZilla to get to 52.36.136.128 and then login with one of my weather cam's ID's and password. What I found was the attached. Hundreds of directories and seems to be the reason I could not upload.
When I logged into their site using FileZilla and webcam.wunderground.com with another webcam ID/PW, I was able to see my upload directory.
When I tracked the name back to an IP the following was obtained.

If you're having FTP upload issues it seems that server 3 is having issues.
