Hi guys! Normally advise customers to use the software to see the cameras but this customer doesn't want to use the software he's using the internal ip and the external with the ports open, the issue is that he bought a new pc and web gui looks so big and there's no way to see the grid view for the cameras.

I advised him multiple times to use smartpss but he's not willing to use it. Is there a way to make the web gui shows normal not like just a channel and everything big? I tried deleting the webrec, issue is on every browser we have tried, explorer, firefox, chrome.

What's the resolution of the PC display set to? Maybe it's an unusually low resolution.

And what's the zoom level of the browsers set to? Maybe he's zoomed them all up in the settings.

the external with the ports open
Ouch!
Presumably you're going to advise him that it will just be a matter of time before the devices on the LAN get hacked.

What's big mean? Big blocks of pixel from low resolution? Or lots of surface area and pixels are small?

@Don_Chapeau if he is running NVR 4.0 FW then yes the overlay is larger when viewing through the web gui (using something like IE). Just adjust the web browser zoom settings or have them use CTRL and - to zoom out and it will make a difference if they're using NVR 4.0
