IVMS 4000 connection error on android

hi,

Not very good with technology but I can follow instructions: I use ivms 4000 to check on the cameras in my store but I’ve been getting a connection error since yesterday. Nothing’s changed, I’ve checked the configuration. I don’t have an account to log in/out of so I’m not sure what I should do next.

Are you connected to the right WiFi network? Can you web browse to the ip address of the nvr?
Do you have a pc you use to connect and is it still able to view the cameras?
